You should contact your Advisor before filling out this form.

Spring Graduation Applications received after February 29, 2012 will be reviewed and processed after on-time applications. Degrees, diplomas and certificates will be mailed approximately 6 weeks after the end of the term once the Registrar's Office conducts a final audit and all required coursework has been verified. Students who apply after February 29, 2012 will not be eligible for participation in the commencement ceremony.

and PIN Number and click "Graduate" button.

Your initial PIN number is your Birthdate as in 052843 or it may have been changed See your advisor or instructor to receive your PIN Number.
